Clifford K. Blum was born September 1, 1946 and died March 24, 2000 in Hopatcong, NJ. 

Cliff was the son of Reverend Rudolph P. Blum, pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church, East Rutherford and Hannah Blum. He has two brothers, Ronald and Kenneth.
