My favorite...such a fabulous guy, thought me that badmintin wasn't always a backyard game for kids.  Many and sweaty match playing in the gym after school.  He also wanted us to get a rounded education and took us to a restaurant in NYC that served us a lambs head.  Only a couple of us tried it and it wasn't too bad, and we did the NY liberary, what a great day and a great guy!!  RIP Mr. Hitt!!
